Public Advisory Notice
With the further easing of community measures, the Safe Management Measures at SHATEC have been adjusted to assume the national posture. They comprise a set of recommended precautionary steps to ensure the health and safety of our communities within the school, including students, staff, visitors, and members of the public.
SHATEC abides by the following precautionary measures:
- From 26 April 2022, TraceTogether-only SafeEntry check-ins are no longer required into SHATEC premises.
- Mask-wearing is required in indoor settings as a default, with the exception of consumption of food and beverages, such as during designated meal breaks and within The Sapling training restaurant.
- General advisory to remind students and staff members to stay vigilant, exercise good personal hygiene, and to monitor their health.
- Other SMMs include routine cleaning with regular disinfecting of high-touch areas.
- Course enquiry services will be provided online and in-person appointment requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis only.
- The Sapling restaurant is now in full operation, including dine-in, take away and pick-up services. In line with the lifting of the group size limit, there will no longer be a limit to the group size allowed to dine-in.
