A dynamic hotelier and restaurateur, Mr Loh Lik Peng has started ventures across Singapore, Shanghai, London and Sydney under the Unlisted Collection:. Among his restaurants in Singapore are Zén, which has received three MICHELIN Stars and the highest accolade in the MICHELIN Guide, and Cloudstreet, which has been recognised with two MICHELIN Stars.

Mrs Diana Ee-Tan is a business leader in the tourism, leisure and hospitality management industry. She was formerly President of Raffles Hotels & Resorts where she held responsibilities for the operating and financial performance of its hotels and resorts. She is presently a Director of SGX listed Far East Orchard Limited and Constellar Holdings Pte Ltd which operates the Singapore Expo and international MICE events.

Ms Wee Wei Ling oversees the asset management of hotel properties owned by the Group as well as its corporate social responsibility strategy. She is responsible for the management of the Group’s lifestyle brands, St. Gregory and Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant. Ms Wee was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2020 for her contributions as Founder of Extra Ordinary People and Chairperson of Project We Care.

Mr Teo Hong Yeow has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He joined the Group in 1993, where he is primarily responsible for all aspects of their Hotel Ownership business, including ongoing evaluation, investment and improvement of the hotel segment.

Ms Dawn Teo is also the Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development for Amara Holdings. She is responsible for the Hotel Investment and Management division. The group owns and operates four hotels in the Asia Pacific region, namely Amara Hotel Singapore, Amara Hotel Bangkok, Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa, and Amara Signature Shanghai, where she spearheads the group’s investment and acquisition strategies.

Ms Jeanne Ng has more than 10 years of valuable industry experience in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, and has overseen the strategic development of The Fullerton Heritage in Singapore since January 2013. She is a Board Member of Singapore Hotel Association (SHA), and currently co-chairs SHA's Hotel Sustainability Committee.

Ms Margaret Heng has been with the Association (SHA) for more than 35 years. Her responsibilities include working closely with the membership to implement projects relating to manpower, productivity, marketing, image building, human resource training and development, service quality, sustainability, fire safety and security, conducting research, making representations, and dissemination of information.

As Chief Sustainability Officer, Ms Ong Huey Hong oversees various strategy implementation efforts to transform Singapore into a sustainable tourism destination. As head of the Planning & Policy Group, she leads on driving industry development and regulatory efforts for tourism industries such as hotels, cruise, travel agents and tourist guides. She also oversees tourism sector human capital strategies, infrastructure planning and management of key tourism assets like the integrated resorts, cruise terminals and MICE venues.

Since 1991, Mr Vincent Tan is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and business development of Select Group. He has over 32 years of experience in the F&B industry and is instrumental in the establishment, development and expansion of Select Group’s business, with a total annual turnover of more than $200 million and staff strength of more than 1800. Mr Vincent Tan is also the President’s Advisor of Restaurant Association of Singapore.
