Our festive workshops are more than just classes; they are immersive experiences where you'll uncover the baking secrets behind the exquisite flavours of Champagne Truffle and Raspberry Lychee Rose mooncakes.

Discover the art of mooncake making under the expert guidance of our esteemed pastry trainer, Chef Pratheep. With years of working experience in luxury hotels and renowned baking chains like Cedele, Chef Pratheep will share his secrets, from crafting the perfect mooncake dough to achieving flawless shapes. Since 2003, his expertise has flourished, especially in his role as R&D cum Training Executive Chef at Swee Heng Bakery in 2017, where he innovated new pastries for the Singapore market.

Priced at S$168 per person, this masterclass not only equips you with the intricate skills of mooncake crafting but also includes a delectable three-course set lunch at our student training restaurant, The Sapling Restaurant. Each participant will also be taking home a welcome gift to reminds them of their SHATEC experience.

Participants can choose from four workshops spanning late August and early September, each running from 12pm to 5pm, offering ample time to master the art while bonding over a delightful lunch.
