40th Graduation Schedule

Graduands Registration

All graduands are to update particulars and mailing details via the Graduand Particulars Update Form by 31 October 2025. Eligible graduands who do not complete the Form may not be able to receive information notifications pertaining to the event as well as collection of Diploma and Transcript.

The link to the Graduand Particulars Update Form has been emailed to all scheduled graduands via email between June - August 2025. Kindly contact graduation@shatec.sg if you have yet to receive the link.

40th Graduation Awards

The list of SHATEC Graduation Awards and the awarding criteria are published here. Graduands will be notified if they will be receiving any Graduation Awards via the 40th Graduation Information Package by email between January to early March 2026.

  • Please refer to email on reminders for graduation sent between Jun – Oct 2025 for information on graduation criteria.

  • Graduands to register online
    • Confirmation of attendance for 40th Graduation Ceremony
    • Purchase guest tickets for 40th Graduation Ceremony
    • Order graduation photograph package(s) and collectible merchandise
  • Important:
    Registration will close on 6 March 2026, 1230h and will not be accepted thereafter. Graduands are encouraged to register early upon receiving the Invitation Package.
16 – 21 Mar 2026
  • Graduands to collect Graduation Gowns.
  • Important:
    The appointed service provider for SHATEC 40th Graduation is Joyous Asia Events. Please refer to Invitation Package for more information on collection arrangements.
23 Mar 2026
  • SHATEC 40th Graduation Ceremony
  • Important:
    Graduands who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony may contact rpa@shatec.sg for an appointment to collect their certificates, transcripts and awards (applicable to Award Winners) from 24 Mar 2026 onwards. Please refer to Invitation Package for more information on collection arrangements.

SHATEC Graduation Survey

All scheduled graduands are to update their particulars with the school no later than 28 October 2023. Graduands are also required to participate in the Graduation Survey.

The SHATEC Graduation Survey is administered annually to:

  • gather information on SHATEC graduates’ post-graduation interests and employment prospects after course completion
  • obtain graduates’ satisfaction level and feedback on school experience

This survey is strictly confidential and under no circumstances would the information contained herein be distributed or reproduced in any form without the written consent of the respondent subject to the obligation of SHATEC to disclose to any Singapore government authority any information relating to the respondent in compliance with the law and/or to the organisation conferring/awarding the qualification.

Your input is valuable in helping SHATEC develop a better picture of the employment landscape and in our continual improvement in product and service delivery to our students.

Graduands Registration

All eligible graduands will be receiving their e-invitation and the information kit by November 2023. Upon receiving the e-invitation, graduands may proceed to register their attendance for the ceremony. Login details may be found within the information kit enclosed with the letter of invitation.
