Course Description

This is the only course in Singapore that trains and educate about how food and whisky can be paired via the understanding of flavors and the science behind it. It is a fun and interactive course that allows participants to try and experience how different food pairs well with whisky, as well as learning the processes of how whisky is made. The course is designed specifically for the licensed trade, food & beverage staff, and any keen enthusiasts to acquire the knowledge of Whisky & Food pairing. Consequently, leading to providing a more holistic and experiential customer experience to businesses and increased sale.

Course Outline

You will be learning about:

• Whisky making processes
• Flavor profiles and their compliments
• Pairing different types of food to different profiles of whiskies
• Practical knowledge and skills to confidently curate whisky & food pairing experience
• Recommending and explaining the rationale behind the pairings
