Course Description


This course will teach you how to bake Bundt Cake and Vienna Cookies for the upcoming Christmas.

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for people who want to spend time with their loved ones with handmade desserts during the Christmas season.

Course Objectives

After the end of the course, you will:

  • be equipped with the fundamentals of making basic dough and basic cake
  • be equipped with a combination of different skills involving pastry and bread making
  • get to think of how to decorate the cake after baking
  • be exposed to preparing meringue and using it as a decoration item on the cake
  • learn how to use pre proof additives rather than by using it last minute in the recipe

In this 4-hour workshop, you will learn how to bake and decorate Pandoro Cake which will be in time for the coming festive.
