  • Use safe ingredients
  • Handle food safely
  • Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment and service/storage areas

Certification

Participants must attain at least 75% of attendance in order to be eligible for SSG Grant and assessments.

After participants have been certified competent, they will receive the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications Statement of Attainment for “Follow Food & Beverage  Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures (2014)” from SkillsFuture Singapore.
